Healing, growing, and building peaceful futures

ChildHorizon Peace Education addresses the wounds inflicted by conflict and trauma on children and families -especially during early childhood, a critical period for neurological development and emotional imprinting. It is during these formative years that the foundations for healing and personal growth are established - for children and their parents alike.

With ChildHorizon Peace Education, we lay the groundwork for a new generation that can learn from pain, cultivate understanding, and build bridges toward a peaceful future.         

This module combines:

  • Trauma-sensitive pedagogy that acknowledges children’s emotional and psychological needs while supporting neurobiological processes
  • Early childhood support that targets brain development and fosters healing at its most receptive stage
  • Building social and emotional skills to resolve conflicts peacefully and develop resilience
  • Support for traumatized parents to empower them as strong, nurturing guides for their children
