"Help me to do it myself" - Dr. Maria Montessori Pedagogy
Professional Background
CEC brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, including the establishment and operation of licensed kindergarten structures in Germany under official regulatory supervision (§45 SGB VIII, Hamburg).
This blends holistic educational approaches like Waldorf, Montessori and Reggio Emilia with culturally sensitive implementation in Middle Eastern contexts.
About The Founder
It all began with a simple idea: to create environments where children can flourish, develop their authenticity and identity, and lay a strong foundation for their lives.
With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, including founding and managing Waldorf-inspired kindergartens in Germany, I bring practical expertise in concept development, permitting, construction, human resources, and consulting. I have also coached young women, promoting their social inclusion and integration through education.
Born in 1969, I combine a rich cultural heritage—Japanese samurai ancestry and North German roots—with international experience in the USA, the UK, Spain, and Dubai. Inspired by the visionary development goals for the Middle East (Vision 2030/2035/2040) and grounded in my academic background in Islamic Studies, I am focused on establishing early childhood education as a cornerstone for the region's future.
As a mother and social entrepreneur, I bring both professional expertise and personal passion to every project. I look forward to collaborating with like-minded organizations and individuals to shape visionary education for the long term.
