About The Founder

Founder of ChildHorizon2030 – Social Entrepreneur and Strategic Developer of Holistic Early Childhood Systems

My work began with a broader question: What will societies need from the next generation to navigate the profound transformations of the coming decades — and what will the next generation need to live through, contribute to and actively shape this changing world?

This led me back to the earliest years of life. What kind of environments enable children to grow into resilient, conscious and responsible human beings — with the inner stability, empathy and sense of agency needed to navigate a world of accelerating transformation, shaped by AI and rapid technological change? For me, the answer lies in holistic early childhood education: environments and contents that build the neurological and developmental foundations children need at this age, preparing them for the language, emotional regulation and agency that make later academic and intellectual learning possible.

I am a social entrepreneur and international concept developer with pedagogical experience, working at the intersection of human development, culture and societal transformation. My focus lies on designing environments and frameworks that allow children to flourish and societies to develop from the ground up.

Over the past 15 years, I have worked in the field of early childhood education. For around eight of those years, I established and operated licensed holistic early childhood education (ECE) centres in Germany under the official regulatory supervision of the relevant Ministry for Family and Social Affairs in Hamburg (§45 SGB VIII). These experiences shaped my understanding that the first years of life form the foundation not only for individual wellbeing, but for the stability and resilience of societies.

Growing up between cultures — with Japanese heritage and North German roots — and having studied Islamic Studies, I developed an early understanding of different cultural and societal perspectives. Through international experience in the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain and Dubai, this understanding deepened further. Today, I work as a bridge-builder between educational traditions, cultural contexts and future societal visions.

This perspective led to the creation of ChildHorizon2030®, a framework that connects early childhood development, cultural identity and environmental responsibility as the foundation for long-term societal resilience. In daily practice, this vision comes alive through a Head·Heart·Hand approach — engaging children's thinking, feeling and doing as an integrated whole.

As a founder and strategist, I work with institutions, foundations and government partners to translate visionary ideas about human development into practical and culturally grounded systems.

At the heart of my work lies a simple conviction: When we invest in the earliest years of life, we invest in the future stability and humanity of our societies.
